The Kirkwood Timber Frame Customer Hub is a digital platform we use to communicate with each of our customers. There are 4 key sections within the Hub:
Live information about your project: this includes the current estimated delivery date of your kit, what stage your project is at, upcoming milestones and a payment tracker
Updates: all the messages, photos and videos you’ve been sent from our team, in chronological order
Documents: access to all of the important documentation related to your project, as well as helpful documents we share with each of our customers at various stages of your project
Contacts: contact information for all of the key contacts associated with your project. You also have the ability to add your own contacts too, to keep all contact information in one easy-to-access place.
To access your account, click the link in your invitation email or click here. You will be prompted to set-up your log-in details.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to see all your updates, information and documentation in one single place.
When we update your project in the Hub, you will receive a notification via email and/or SMS. In this notification, you will have a link to access the hub - and you can then view what has been updated since you last logged in.
